If high availability and a sudden spike in peak load is a concern then you can go with enterprise plans with a load balancer. LB1 is suitable if you are high on SMPP traffic. If you have a mix of SMPP and HTTP, then LB2 will be the right choice. In case you are just getting started, you can go with the Growth plan and gradually migrate to the Enterprise plan
Yes, there is a setup fee for each plan, however, it can be waved off by paying advance rentals. Please check the plan details for the same. There are no hidden charges

All our applications are hosted on a dedicated machine. Upgrade requires a feasibility check first. There are multiple factors to be considered for upgrade such as Database size, downtime etc. You can get in touch with your on boarding engineer for same or reach out to our support team. Contact details are shared in the welcome mail. Downgrade option is not available due to technology bottleneck and other resource compatibility constraints
All our plans come with hosting. Currently, lower volume plans are not available due to financial non-viability.
Messaging applications are very IOPS (Disk Operation) intensive; hence we need to keep the volume as the primary data point for any plan. Moreover, retention and reporting of messages for a longer period of time have a direct impact on volume/database size. Hence we benchmark all our plans primarily on monthly volume
Our entire plan comes with one month of commitment. You can send a support ticket to cancel your subscription with one month of notice
First of all, be rest assured that your services will not be hampered even if you exceed the monthly quota. Excess traffic is billed on a pro-rata basis and a separate invoice will be shared with you by our accounts team. If your usage persists, we recommend upgrading your plan to avoid any system crash due to excess load

We do not offer any refund on our rental plans due to highly competitive pricing and operational cost. Further, all our hosting arrangement with the data center requires advance notice. Over and above a lot of resources are required during onboarding, training, and support which cost us a lot. We always recommend seeing the demo and starting with the monthly rental and gradually moving to quarterly or annual rental plans
