Does iTextHub refunds the credits deducted for the FAILED messages automatically?
No, iTextHub does not refund the credits of FAILED messages automatically, however the admin can configure the error codes in the configuration module for which the credit rollback should take place.
Once the SMS gets failed or rejected, does iTextHub resend it again automatically?
No, iTextHub does not resend it automatically the feature is given in the user account if the user is willing to resend the failure messages, the user can select the respective message status and click on resend.
Can ITextHub support the exchange rate API, so that admin does not need to manually configure the exchange rate?
We have both the options manual as we as automatic. For automatic rate change you need to provide your exchange URL.

What is the difference between Upstream and Downstream Traffic?
MT Traffic initiated from Itext Hub to the SMPP Gateway is known as Upstream Traffic. When a third party (ESME) sends MT Messages to iTextHUB it is known as downstream Traffic.

Where to see vendor deductions are correctly reduced?
Vendor prices are not deducted by the itexthub. Deduction is only done for the selling price assigned to the user account. Vendor prices are only used to check the loss protection policy for the destination country and network.
