Can I delete Reseller if it has end user?
No, the admin do not have authority to delete child user under a reseller. Only reseller can delete it’s child user by navigating to Admin >> Search User >> Delete User
Why I am not able to edit Manage Rate Plan of end user of Reseller?
The admin is allowed to give rate plan to his direct users/resellers only. Hence, the rate plan of any child user falling into the Reseller account can only be edited by its parent reseller only.
