Is the login and ESME account password same?
No, the login password is required to login the user account whereas the ESME account password is required to bind with iTextHub (Downstream), the password for ESME account can be created by navigating to >> Configuration >> Interface Configuration >> Manage interface >> Search the user >> click on add SMPP account.
How the priority is assigned to the MT rules?
MT rule priority is assigned automatically by the application while the creation of MT rules, in case more than 1 rule qualify to terminate the message, the MT rule having the highest priority is selected by the application, furthermore admin can edit the MT rules priority as per his/her requirement.
