I have configured the notification template but I am not receiving any email? How do I check if I have configured correctly?
First of all, kindly check if event notification is turned ON or not, if found OFF, turn it on and check again.
Secondly SMTP setting: “Make sure that SMTP Setting are configured correctly. You can simulate your setting from below URL to confirm that it is working. Moreover, currently supported ports are 587 and 25.
Neverthless, It is worth checking less secure apps access if you are using Google mail account. Make sure that less secure app access is turned off. You can check by navigating Login to your account >> Account >> Security >> Less secure app access == Off.

Case 1 : User not receiving email ? ANS: Only direct Reseller and User of admin will receive an email notification if configured correctly.
Case 2: Reseller 1 not receiving email ? ANS: Check your SMTP setting are configured correctly or not. You can simulate same under SMTP Test Tool: https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test
Case 3 : Admin not receiving email ? ANS: Check your SMTP settings including entered credential and configure port accordingly.
