There are 3 type MT Routing Rule which can be applied to a user
1. Global
2. User Specific
3. User Group Specific
The highest priority is always given to User-Specific Routing irrespective of the priority number given to Global. But, when a user falls under both User Specific and User Group specific rules then the rule with the highest Priority number will be applied.
