On user creation, When the MT Rule is inherited, It works well with the end-user ( as per the routing assigned to the reseller ) . However, After the user creation, If the MT Rule of the Reseller is changed ON THE FLY, then the inheritance of the changed MT Rule does not come into effect for the messages done via end user. The same is NOT a technical bug.
