Currently due to Loss Protection policy the SELLING PRICE for reseller and user can’t be the same.
WORK AROUND APPLIED : To create the admin default rate plan with 1 credit that will be inherited automatically for your users.
The same has been configured in the Manage Rate plan and tested. working fine.
Request you to please check and confirm at your end.
Kindly proceed with inheritance of the Default RPs for other resellers and end-users
Step 1 : Navigate to Billing >> Manage Rate Plan Template >> Create DEFAULT_RP for Any country with selling price 1 and import to any Reseller account.
Step 2 : Impersonate to Reseller Account >> Administration >> Manage Rate plan template >> Create DEFAULT-1 for Any country with selling price 1.
Step 3 : Impersonate to Reseller Account >> Administration >> Search the End-User >> Import the DEFAULT-1 rate plan template
As a result, for a single SMS Count ,1 credit will be deducted from the End User as well as from the Parent reseller account.
